Forces Carp Classic 2010
The Forces Carp Classic is a recurring pair's competition held in France over a complete week (Sat - Sat). Normally aimed at the three Services (Army, Navy & RAF) but unfortunately this year due to their many commitments places are still available.

Army Chariy event 2010
The annual Army Charity Event took place this weekend with teams representing Army Carp Team (UK) and NASH. Unfortunately due to commitments teams from both Army Carp Team (Germany) and GB Baits were unable to field a team, but after Richard Harmon had a word with Shane Alway of Velocity Angling they managed to field a team at very short notice.

A Mike Jones tutorial pays off big time !
Back at the beginning of the year myself and a good friend attended the Nash opening at Bankside Tackle.
We had only been out fishing once due to the cold weather but had already started planning the "session" ahead.  We were both keen to get on to one good lake and only fish that for the year to try and improve our fishing and also pb's!
 
On arriving at Bankside Martin and I were greeted by Jon (owner) and Nigel (Manager) and spent a couple of minutes having the crack before we were introduced to one of the Nash consultants, a Mr Mike Jones.

Change of Bait Success . Michael Hamilton
After the harsh winter we suffered at the beginning of the year I had many a weekend free talking to my good friend Iain McMillan over a few pints in the local, who persuaded me to change from the current bait deal I was currently using, and after emptying my chest freezer of bait it was time to order my bait from Nash, and what better way for my first outing was a trip to France. So after a few phone calls to Janet and Chloe I soon had my bait delivered the next day.
